What I Offer
I offer one‑to‑one sessions for people navigating identity, transition, and the pressures of modern life. My work is grounded in psychotherapy training, lived experience, and research into expat identity, masculinity, and the social expectations that shape how we cope, connect, and make sense of ourselves.

How Sessions Work
The focus is always on your experience, your autonomy, and your understanding of yourself.
Sessions offer a space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. The work is led by what feels important to you - whether that's something specific or just the pressures of day to day.
My approach is rooted in person‑centred values: curiosity, respect, and a belief in your capacity to understand yourself. Its an approach that creates a steady, reflective environment where you can make sense of what’s happening in your life without judgement or pressure.
Using this foundation, I work integratively, drawing on psychological theories and behavioural change principles when they’re helpful. This might involve exploring patterns, clarifying what matters to you, or identifying small, meaningful steps that support the direction you want to move in. These ideas aren’t imposed — they emerge from your sense of what feels right for you.
I currently offer sessions online. You’re welcome to get in touch if you’d like to talk or ask anything before booking.
