Over the last two decades, I have been fortunate to live in several countries with my family. With each change of location, I have had to adapt and make changes as I settle into a new home and realise how difficult it can be to implement new behaviours and routines.
Through coaching and yoga, I have helped clients from multiple backgrounds around the globe cultivate new behaviours to improve their health and well-being.
I have a strong interest in health and fitness and stay up to date with the latest science and psychology of emotional, mental and physical health. At certain points in my life, I've struggled in each of these areas and recognise the advantages of having knowledgeable and supportive people to help me make the changes I needed to.
My approach is to offer a personal and caring demeanour to provide a supportive, encouraging, and educated mindset to help you build new behaviours.
Matt Barker is a certified coach specialising in Behavioural Change Coaching and an experienced Yoga instructor with 200 and 500 RYT hours of teacher training in India. He is currently finishing a BSc in Psychology and counselling.
