I wish I'd found Yoga sooner. While I love it for myself, I've seen first-hand the change it has brought to people, both physically and mentally.

Personally, my own practice has given me awareness and confidence in my body and ways to better deal with daily life.   

After seeing its benefits in different areas, I teach Yoga in a way that suits the needs and lifestyles of individuals and have integrated into aspects of coaching to great effect both with individuals, companies, and sports teams. 


Whether having a daily practice, using breathwork and meditation for stress and mental well-being, or simply applying some of the philosophies during moments of your day, I believe that there are elements of Yoga to benefit everone.
